Introduction

This document outlines the measures by which the Calia Italia website (Calia Trade S.p.A.) ensures, or intends to ensure, compliance with digital accessibility requirements pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 82 of 27 May 2022 (“Digital Accessibility”), the European Accessibility Act, and the AGID Guidelines, which shall become mandatory as of 28 June 2025.2.

Measures planned for compliance

The measures include a full technical audit, code corrections, testing with real users, improvement of color contrast, review of forms and documents, team training, and procedures for periodic verification

Procedure for Submitting Reports to AgID

Periodic audits, user testing, updates to the statement following significant changes, and retention of documentation for a minimum of 5 years.
