Calia Italia Store by Divinidivinity in Rome: discovering the new exhibition in the capital city

Calia Italia has doubled its presence in the eternal city. Four years after the opening of the shop in Via Gregorio VII, the company has opened its second shop in Rome, together with its commercial partner Divanidivinity.

Located in Via Prati Fiscali 304, Calia Italia Store is a space of about 300 square meters that is presenting a preview of the new ‘Visual Identity’ inspired by the history of the company and its Mediterranean territorial roots. Indeed it is this combination of tradition and modernity that has always distinguished Calia Italia and its sofa, armchair and footstool collections.

Calia Italia in Rome: the new visual identity and the latest collections are the stars of the store in the capital

The star of the Roman store in Via Prati Fiscali 304 is our new ‘Visual Identity’ inspired by the sign of the double C, which was the basis of the company logo in the 1980s.

This reference to the past is underlined by the transformation of the initial logotype into the distinctive graphic symbol of the new ‘Visual Identity’, which is combined with typical colours of the Mediterranean, such as the ochre of the sun and wheat, the clay of the Earth, the cobalt of the sky and the emerald of the sea.

This combination can be found in the wallpapers, partitions, displays, bookcases and carpets of the new store in Rome, as well as in the creation of a new ‘material library corner’ where the finest leathers used to upholster Calia Italia sofas can be touched.

From ‘Gourmandise’ to ‘TiBacio’, all the collections on display

The store displays models from the new Calia Italia collections, starting with the ‘Gourmandise’ collection, previewed at the Milan 2021 SuperSalone and designed by architect Saverio Calia – the company’s Creative Director. Inspired by the world of chocolate, these new sofas, armchairs and footstools are not only an ode to ‘Made in Italy’ but also offer a level of comfort that will make you lose your senes.

Our Roman shop also features another new product that was presented at the Supersalone, ‘TiBacio’. This handmade, limited edition stool (with only 55 pieces) was created in collaboration with the designers of Obliqua Studio.

To complete the exhibition, you’ll also find Calia Italia’s Best Sellers including: the Mater Familias Collection models, ‘Toby Wing’, ‘Elisir’, ‘Romeo/Romeo Relax’, ‘Matheola’, ‘Nicolas’ and finally ‘Eclettico’, a modular sofa bed that is part of our sofa bed collection.
